High-frequency dewatering vibrating screen SVD 1Х2
Based on vibrating high-frequency screens for the classification of granular polydisperse materials, the company has developed and mastered the production of screens for dewatering of various products, separation of pulps and separation of products with washing.
In vibrating screens intended for dewatering, pulp separation and separation of granular materials with washing as well as in screens for the classification of dry products, vibrations from electromechanical vibrators are transmitted directly to the screening screens.
The parameters of vibration of electromechanical vibrators are selected in such a way that when the screens are working, there is practically no clogging of the screen cells with the processing material.
Depending on the properties of the starting products, the angle of inclination of the screens is adjustable from 30 ° to 45 °.
The top of the screen is covered with a cover with a hatch. In the screen housings there are flanges for connection of the pulp disposal equipment.
Vibrations from the electromechanical vibrators are transmitted directly to the screening screens, the screen housing remains practically motionless.
When installing such vibrating screens, no special foundation is required. Dewatering vibrating screen can be installed on interfloor between ceilings without attachment to a supporting surface.
